The basic policy of PanaHome is to design homes for lifelong use by customers, to ensure the quality and performance that help residents live safely with peace of mind, and to provide after-sale support to residents on a continual basis. Using our abundant experience and leveraging our reputed technologies and creative ideas, we make proposals for the homes where families can live with comfort for many years.
We design homes in a forward-thinking manner, to ensure residents can continue to live comfortably in their homes at every stage of their lives without the need for large-scale remodeling. For example in designing a home for a newly married couple, we assume that they will have children, who will attend schools, become independent, and eventually leave the home, where the aged couple will continue to live.
PanaHome houses made to its standard specifications comply with the criteria for long-life houses, which the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism has been fostering for the creation of a society that values the long-term use of social assets. Residents of PanaHome houses can live comfortably and safely in the houses throughout their lives, and the houses will continue to hold high value as real properties for future sale and relocation.
For two consecutive years, proposals submitted by PanaHome were adopted in the fiscal 2009 first Initiative Model Project for Developing Long-Life Houses led by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
In the proposal, we introduced some ideas to popularize long-life houses, which provide high performance in a stable manner, and increase their environmental value by fusing new construction methods and highly advanced technologies.
We will provide after-sale maintenance support services to our customers for as long as 60 years, including an inspection service, advice, and proposals for refurbishment so that they can live in the home for a long period. We will also make proposals for minor remodeling and large-scale remodeling (e.g. to change the house into a two-family home), which you can highly rely on.
