There is increasing demand for homes that have minimum impact on the environment. In response, we are pursuing higher environmental performance for PanaHome houses through such measures as introducing a solar power generation system, using only electricity as the energy source, the "Ene Farm" fuel cell system, and other diverse eco-friendly equipment and electric appliances. Our long-life houses equipped with advanced eco-friendly technologies will enable you to live comfortably and safely while being friendly to the Earth.

PanaHome is committed to reducing CO2 emissions by the adoption of a solar power generation system and the use of electricity as the only energy source for PanaHome houses that are designed to be highly insulated to meet the next-generation energy conservation criteria. For example, EL•SOLANA helps reduce CO2 emissions by about 3.5 tons a year and the heating and lighting cost can also be reduced substantially, even to zero.

The “Ene Farm” fuel cell system for household use was developed as a state-of-the-art energy system. EL•SOLANA, which adopts both a solar power generation system and the “Ene Farm” system can help reduce CO2 emissions by about 5.0 tons a year. This also leads to the substantial saving of heating and lighting expenses. EL•SOLANA enables you to reduce your CO2 emissions and heating and lighting cost even to zero, providing a residence that is friendly to both the Earth and your family budget.

PanaHome' s NEW EL•SOLANA won awards at the House of the Year in Electric 2009, which gave commendations to energy-efficient all-electrified houses and the equipment installed in them.
In recognition of the fact that PanaHome received a special prize in fiscal 2007, the grand prize in fiscal 2008, and a prize of excellence in fiscal 2009, thus receiving awards for three years in a row at the event. A special prize for excellent companies was also granted to the Company in fiscal 2009.
